Our Accommodations

Spacious primary bedroom with king-sized bed located on second floor with private ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Includes: smart TV with streaming capabilities, dresser, two nightstands, laundry basket, and extra blankets.

Guest bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed and is located on the first floor with a patio. Includes: smart TV with streaming capabilities, two nightstands, armchair closet, laundry basket, space heater, and extra blanket. 

Guest bedroom 2 has two twin beds and is located on the first floor. Includes: TV with Amazon Firestick, desk with task chair, access to printer, closet laundry basket, space heater, and extra blanket.

Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware and cook/bakeware, Keurig and drip coffee makers, tea kettle, slow cooker, toaster oven, water filter. 

Cozy living room has a couch, loveseat, multiple end tables, coffee table, smart TV with streaming capabilities, Kiva gas fireplace, ottoman, and telescope for red rock viewing and stargazing.

The dining area has a table and four chairs inside with four additional barstools at the breakfast bar. Or you can opt for outdoor dining on the private balcony with an additional table and four chairs. 

The private balcony has gorgeous red rock views of Steamboat Rock and Thunder Mountain. There is also a table with four chairs, an additional two conversation chairs with side table, and a charcoal grill for your use. 

The home has two full baths and one half bath. The first full bath is attached to the primary bedroom upstairs with two sinks, a toilet and a tile shower. The bathroom also has a walk-in closet. The second full bath is located downstairs and is shared by the two guest bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combo, toilet, and single sink. The half bath is located upstairs off the living area. 

There are various amenities throughout the home including a fully stocked kitchen, a charcoal grille, a single-car garage, an additional parking space in the parking lot, a full-size washer/dryer, and a telescope.
